Computer Training: Classes in typing and computers are designed to broaden the students’ skill base, providing further job opportunities. We are implementing a rigorous curriculum for our older, qualified students whereby they will be able to earn certification in network design, server administration and other computer service skills
Vocational Skills Training: In addition to learning good work habits, high school aged children learn basic job skills through Fabretto’s offerings in vocational skills training, including Farm & Agribusiness, Forestry, and Mechanics Shop & Auto Maintenance.
Scholarships: Deserving Fabretto students who successfully complete high school are eligible for Fabretto sponsored scholarships to local and regional universities.
Women’s Basketry Program: This artisan initiative provides alternative employment opportunities for low-income women. Using locally produced pine needles and thread, mothers, sisters, aunts and grandmothers of Fabretto children create attractive and functional pine baskets for sale in local, regional and international markets.
