- 3 on 3, half court games, straight elimination
- First team to 15 points, or maximum game time 15 minutes
- Maximum team roster is 4 players, minimum age 16
- Up to 32 men's teams, 16 women's teams
- Team registration fee $30.00 payable online by credit card

- Gold ($500) – includes admission for 15, half page ad in program
- Silver ($250) – includes admission for 8 and quarter page ad in program
